Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of a defective or damaged product received.

A parcel opening video (unedited and clear) is mandatory to claim a return.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved, the refund will be processed in the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchange can be made only for the same product (subject to stock availability).

If the same product is unavailable, a coupon of equal value (equal to the amount paid in the original order) will be issued.

This coupon can be redeemed on your next purchase from Zulekha.

Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached to qualify for exchange.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Products damaged due to improper handling, perfume, water, or chemicals.

Items without original packaging, missing tags, or found to be worn/used.

Important Notes

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

All return and exchange requests will be reviewed and approved/rejected within 5 days. If it is approved, all the exchange products will be delivered within 7-10 days.

All sales are final; no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
