What is your jewellery made of?

Zulekha pieces are premium fashion (imitation) jewellery — a brass/alloy base finished with rhodium or gold plating, set with American Diamonds (cubic zirconia), kundan, polki, faux pearls and meenakari enamel. They are not real gold or natural diamonds, which is exactly why they're affordable luxury.

Will the jewellery tarnish or lose its colour?

With basic care it keeps its shine for a long time. Plating can wear with heavy daily use over time. Keep pieces away from water, perfume, sweat and chemicals, and store them dry to maximise life.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear, store in a pouch or box to avoid scratches, and follow the golden rule: jewellery on last (after make-up and perfume) and off first.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are rhodium-plated and largely nickel-light, so they suit most skin types. If you have highly sensitive skin, do a short patch test first.

What are the sizes and lengths?

Each piece has adjustable closures where noted.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in about 7–10 business days across India, with free shipping on all orders. A tracking link is shared via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At the moment orders are prepaid only. Secure prepaid payment via UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets is available at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for a defective or damaged item received, with a clear unedited unboxing video, raised within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we issue a refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the same piece.

Is this real gold or hallmarked jewellery?

No — it is high-quality imitation/fashion jewellery, not precious metal, so it isn't hallmarked. That's what makes it an affordable way to wear rich, on-trend designs.

How is the jewellery packed? Is it gift-ready?
