Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, with a COD handling fee of ₹59.

For orders above ₹5,000, please pay online — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or credit card EMI.

Prepaid orders have no extra fee.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timeline: 4–5 business days PAN India (may vary for remote locations).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.

You can track the status of your shipment anytime until delivery.

Important Notes

We currently ship PAN India only.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO, or international addresses.

Zulekha is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or natural calamities.
