Zulekha is an Indian jewellery brand offering curated jewellery collections through its official website and social media channels.
All transactions on this website are subject to Indian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
2. Product Information
We take utmost care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting or screen settings. These differences do not qualify as product defects.
Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed only through our official website.
- Full payment must be made at checkout to confirm the order.
- We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
- In case of a payment failure but debit from your account, please contact us at zulekha.connect@gmail.com, and we will verify and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free shipping PAN India.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking details via Email / SMS / WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Zulekha shall not be held responsible for delays or loss caused by courier companies after dispatch.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy from Zulekha. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- A clear, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for return claims.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (subject to availability).
- If unavailable, a coupon of equal value will be issued for future purchases.
Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items include:
- Products damaged due to improper handling, exposure to perfume, water, or chemicals.
- Items without original packaging or missing tags.
- Products found used or worn.

6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
- In case of a cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
